HOW WILL HIRING YOU AFFECT MY PARTNER’S ROLE DURING THE BIRTH?
I am not a replacement for your partner(but I can be in their absence) I am just an additional support for your growing family during a life changing event. There is no right or wrong way to create!
WHAT IS A LACTATION SPECIALIST OR BREASTFEEDING COUNSELOR?
A person who provides enlightened education and empowering support for lactating women at all stages of breastfeeding.
WHAT IS A DOULA/NEWBORN CARE SPECIALIST?
A birth doula is a professional support person trained in the needs of the family during pregnancy and childbirth? A postpartum doula is a professional support person trained in the needs of the family in the days, weeks and months after birth or addition of a new baby. The term Newborn care specialist is synonymous with a postpartum doula.
